FAQs

Do you have a car park?

Yes. We have our own car park away from the road for security where all guests can park their cars.

Is there a bus to Montclus?

Not any more. You can get from Avignon Central and TGV stations to Goudargues (10km from us) by bus and we can collect you from there. Ask us for details. But we recommend our guests to hire a car if at all possible to make the most of the local area and restaurants.

Do you offer a pick-up service from the airport?

Yes we can arrange a pick-up from Avignon rail stations or from the airports at Nîmes, Marseille or Montpellier. This will cost less than half the price of a regular taxi. Please email us for details.

How can I hire a car?

Cars can be hired at all the airports close to us and at Avignon TGV train station. We always recommend that our guests hire a car if they do not bring their own. We are in a rural location and you will need a car to see the area properly and to get to most of the restaurants. See what deals your airline is offering or try: Skyscanner here

Is there any "action" ?

The Lotus Tree is a very laid-back, relaxed environment. It’s not Ibiza or Sitges which is why people come here. Of course sex isn’t banned but you shouldn’t expect a highly sexual atmosphere. There are naked beaches 10 minutes away on the river where you can meet guys from the area.

All the rooms are non-smoking but you are free to smoke outside if you wish. Please don’t leave cigarette butts on the ground and be careful as the grass is very dry in summer. Smoking is not permitted at breakfast.
